“The location of this condo is really excellent! So close to the beach, Angel Food, the museum, and galleries. The location had a real neighborhood feel as we kept running into the same people and their pups at the beach and walking through town and everyone was so nice. The condo is well-appointed and comfy for a fun stay. No parking but Pat's Friendly Parking down the street was fantastic and it really was friendly and so close to the beach and new park. Great communication from the condo...

“Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate the 4th of July. The place is clean and spacious and well maintained. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to all the action on Commercial St. Bret was kind enough to accommodate an early check in. Would highly recommend his place. ”

“The apartment was wonderful. True 3 bedroom, 2 bath. There was a grill on the back patio which we used a few times during our stay. The location couldnt be better. Quick walk to commercial street. The driveway was a bit narrow to park in and it took some manouvering to get out of the car but great to have a parking space in the town and not worry about the car. All in all 10 out of 10. ”

“It was exactly what me and my friend needed for our stay! We wanted to cook dinner one night and it even had all the spices we would need. It is small but it’s perfect for 2 people. It is a 5 min walk from the beach which was great and a 15 minute walk from the center of town. It was clean and a great stay overall. ”

“The house is charming. It was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are not updated or pretty but they are functional and serve their purpose. The furniture is older and cheaper but also in good condition and is fine for a rental home. The location on the east end of town is lovely. Walking into town starts you at the point on Commercial where it gets dense with galleries, which makes for a really nice start and end to each adventure the kitchen is well equipped for cooking at the house.
