The Gatehouse @ Beechworth

The Gatehouse är en betydande kulturminnesmärkt byggnad som bland Mayday Hills trädgårdar i Beechworth. Det är ett fint exempel på en två våningar italiensk arkitektur byggdes på 1860-talet. The Gatehouse ligger i en pittoresk och omfattande parklandskap av mogna exotiska och inhemska träd och är den första byggnad som ligger på den vackra oak fodrade uppfart vid infarten till Mayday Hills.

Boende för upp till 14 gäster i sex rum som har antingen enkel-, dubbel eller queen sängar. Faciliteter har ett fullt utrustat kök och tvättstuga, vardagsrum med AUSTAR, medföljande uteplats och säker förvaring för cyklar och annan personlig utrustning. The Gatehouse har också off-parkeringsplatser för gäster.

Tariffen för The Gatehouse är $ 95 per rum per natt med ett minimum av 2 rum. Denna underbara värde sjunker till $ 80 för efterföljande nätter, med undantag för $ 20 avgift på lördagar och topp semesterperioder (jul och påsk).

Very relaxing place to stay. Warm and family friendly for all ages. Very easy to manage large numbers sharing the spaces, but also enough room for quiet time. No worries about "precious" things needing constant vigilance. Lots to do in the town and the immediate area around the Gatehouse. Fabulous walks. Highly recommended!

My family of adult children plus my elderly parents stayed at the Gatehouse over the Easter long weekend and had a great time. Having 6 large bedrooms was perfect for a big group and Christine was excellent to deal with.

Great location for our family xmas with plenty of beds & bathrooms for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. Could use some modernising and an extra living space would have been great when the weather turned wet and everyone was stuck inside. Good value overall.

The property is fabulous for groups. There is a lot of history with the property and the area and Beechworth Main Street is just a short walk. Christine was always quick to respond and there was no issues with the property. It was exactly as described.

Excellent group accommodation for our party of 8 adults with great and secure bike storage. A quiet location but still close to all that Beechworth has to offer. Perfectly suited to our weekend of cycling with pubs close by and a comfortable lounge room for the post-ride banter. Clean and comfortable. Thank you!

We had an amazing long weekend in the beautiful historic Gate House. A wonderful accommodation for large groups with plenty of amenities. The house has enough space that you are not on top of each other. The bedrooms are cosy, the kitchen, lounge and outdoors are fantastic. Thank you Christine for having us and would love to stay again.
