“OK”

“Floor was not cleaned. Live and dead bugs. Lack of service management training of staff handling email/online communication.”

“Curtains in rooms mouldy. Bare basics in kitchen.”

“Clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.”

“A cabin in a caravan/camping ground close to the beach. Clean and well maintained. The manager was helpful and friendly”
