We had an upgraded stay, In a huge family room. Booked For 4 persons via hotels.com. Still needed to pay for two extra beds and 2 more breakfasts. Business lounge was ok, not at all as in many other Asian cities.

Bra läge för turister - stora bekväma rum
Rummen är stora och bekväma. Mycket fina extra detaljer och förvaring i badrum och walk-in garderob. Sängen var mycket skön att sova i och bra luftkonditionering. Servicenivån är hög. Kompetent, snabb och hjälpsam personal överallt. Särskilt omnämnande till personalen som sköter concierge disken. Det finns inget de inte kan svara på eller hjälpa till med. Språket kan då och då vara lite besvärligt men en smula tålamod och ibland med stöd av google translate är inget omöjligt. Frukostbuffén är formidabel och global i inriktning och omfång. Där finns något för resenärer från många olika världsdelar. Läget på hotellet är förträffligt. Ligger granne med en stor shopping-gågata och nära en tunnelbanestation. Rummen är kanske 7-10 år gamla men allt var rent och bekvämt . I mitt rum funkade inte tv:n inbyggd vid badkaret - men spelade ingen roll då jag föredrar att duscha. Utbudet av tv-kanaler som inte är på kinesiska är begränsat. Hastigheten på tillgänglig wifi lämnade en del att önska. På kvällen var den nästan obrukbar. Men man tog heller inte betalt för den - dock lite förvirrande att det anges en kostnad när man loggar på. Man har nog konstaterat att den inte är bra nog för att debitera. Sammantaget - ett hotell jag gärna kommer tillbaka till.

Kan inte bli bättre- Mycket bra!
Vi bodde på Executive Floor, längst upp. Bättre kan det knappast bli. Toppen. Rummet var mycket rymligt men framförallt mycket välplanerat mycket genomtänkt och välplanerat in i minsta detalj. Rekommenderas varmt. Enda nackdelen är att det är långt till tunnelbana och flygbuss.

Det absolut bästa med detta hotell är helt klart läget. 1 min från shoppingmall och Wangfujing med shopping och restauranger. Fräscha och rymliga rum om än något slitna. Bra hjälp från personalen.

Great base to start from easy access to the city.
Excellent hotel for visiting Bejing. Walking distance to the Forbidden City and other nearby sites. Restaurants nerby and even shoppoing area (but why shop in Bejing?). If you don't like this hotel and its location - your demands are to high.

En supermysig nyårshelg
Vi stannade två nätter för att fira nyårsafton. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse!! Servicen var enastående, frukosten underbar!! Jag vill framförallt rekomendera nudelsoppan som de serverar! De drar nudlarna för hand :) Middagsrestaurangen Flames serverade riktigt trevlig och prisvärd mat!

Bra läge nära shoppingcentrum och restauranger. Servicen är fantastisk men kanske lite pga min diamond status skall väl nämnas. Lyxig känsla och väldigt hjälpsam och proffesionell personal som talar bra engelska. Minus för priserna i restaurangen som man kan äta på lyxrestaurang för istället för samma pris om ej billigare.

Toppservice från personalen. Rummet stort och välutrustat. Poolen gladde den medföljande tio-åringen mycket. Consierge hjälpte oss mycket med utflykter och beställningar. Frukosten innehåll mycket,och flera nyttiga alternativ. Kom ihåg att frukosten på hotell i Kina inte har samma tunga matinnehåll som i Europa, utan det finns mycket grönsaker,dumplings, lättare rätter. Dock fanns bacon och korv för den som ville. Plus jättegoda omeletter och äggrätter.

Excellent experience!
This was a personal favorite. Hilton Wangfujing has what you look for in a 5-star hotel - great service, generous rooms and a classy ambience - and all of this delivered in a warm and non-coquettish manner. Hats off also to the interior designers who have given the hotel a modern 5-star look rather than the gold-foiled clichés often seen in Europe and the US. Hilton Wangfujing is definitely qualifying as one of my favorite hotels and I would recommend anyone to stay there (and have already done) .

Bra nytt hotell i centrala Beijing. Rummen var hur fina som helst och på gränsen till för stora (50 kvm). Det enda som jag tycker var negativt var dom 3 hissarna. Dom kunde byggt tre till eftersom det tog lite tid när man kallade på dom. Service var grymt bra o frukostbuffen vara kalas. Nu ingick frukosten i ett "sommarpaket" så det var bara att tacka och ta emot. Taxi bilarna stod utanför entren så det var bara att kliva på om man ville det.

The hotel was in a great area, right next to a shopping mall filled with amazing restaurants and on the other side of the mall is wangfujing street. It's also a 20 minute walk to the palace museum, tianamen square, and qianmen street so probably an unbeatable location for the price range. The condition of the hotel was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, the water pressure was good, good views. My experience with the staff was fantastic. They were all very welcoming and helpful. I do want to call out Nora Liu in particular because after I found out that the great wall was sold out, she provided other fantastic options and helped me book them. She also helped me plan a great wall trip and was just overall very warm and inviting every time I saw her. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Beijing

Mia Su was very helpful at the hotel helping me with the baby. The issue we had is it is no where near the London quality of Hilton hotels we are used to. The room is very old and the air conditioning did not work well. The gym did not also have a sauna.

First of all, we kindly noted our Facilities may a bit of old. Our Hotel has been open for more than ten years, some Facilities or Equipment are showing a sense of age. We have strengthened the daily maintenance, also, our Management already planned the renovation project. However, in the past three years, the epidemic has strongly impact to Hospitality Industry, therefore the renovation plan has been paused... Your kind understanding in this matter would be most appreciated! In relation to the temperature in the room, nowadays, daytime temperature gradually rises, but the temperature quite difference between day and night. Therefore the Central Air Conditioner in the guest room cannot supported to delivered cold air during night time. We fully understand that the guest room may occasionally feel hot, and normally we suggest guests to open the window for ventilation, and in a meantime, we will deliver a cooler if it available to the guests' room to help adjust the temperature. Last but not least, thank you for your recognition of our outstanding Team Member Ms. Mia Su from Front Office, your recognition is the motivation for us to do better! Avoid this hotel. Photos are not a true likeness, incredibly dated. No air con so staff say keep windows open, so you can’t sleep due to road noise. Lobby has a bad smell and weirdly has forgotten Xmas decorations still up. Hotel management unhelpful. Hugely disappointing.

Like the food but it’s just frustrating that employees here can’t communicate because they don’t speak English How I wish they can understand even basic words like coffee, tea,water They shd have the basic course on English to work here

I a had a great stay at the hotel, very well located . Jeff was very friendly at check in and made an upgrade of the room, was very comfortable. Recommend the Hotel, for location.
