“Excellent food, very nice rice paddies, amazing spa, awesome restaurants. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the very Bali pace. Definitely a place we would recommend to others”

“A simple hotel that has what we needed. A good variety of breakfast, for both Western and Asian pallets. We were very pleased with the fact that they have parking in the garage, on a first come, first served basis. When we first arrived, by car, there was only one spot left but it was too tight. The guy in the reception then ran down and moved some scooters to make more room. That's great service. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a proper door to the bathroom.”

“This is my 3rd time to stay here and booked two nights ( last visit in 2019), as I loved this hotel so much in my memory. However, I felt a bit disappointed as the facility aged and amenities provided were down graded if compared with previous visits. e.g. fruits, water bottle and slipper were provided in room for free in the past, but now just having dry snacks and slippers were imposed charge on it. The breakfast changed by order individually from the list as you can eat, but it was not...

“Love this a place!

“We are totally happy with this hotel, everything from the food to the service. We will definitely choose this hotel when we are in Beitou.”

“Rooms were large, comfortable, and the giant spring water soaking tubs in each room were fantastic. Decor is only slightly dated but in a regal way. I only had one minor issue seeing a small roach in the bathroom at 4am the day after I arrived. However after allowing the cleaning service for subsequent days, and ensuring no garbage was left in the room the situation did not repeat itself.”
