“Staff was incredible and extremely courteous and helpful. I recommend this resort, especially during winter season, it still offers a wonderful view of the City, even in the fog and rain. I also recommend more than a night's stay, so you can try the different breakfast styles, restaurants, or take the shuttle into xinbeitou to experience local Taiwanese markets. “A simple hotel that has what we needed. A good variety of breakfast, for both Western and Asian pallets. We were very pleased with the fact that they have parking in the garage, on a first come, first served basis. When we first arrived, by car, there was only one spot left but it was too tight. The guy in the reception then ran down and moved some scooters to make more room. That's great service. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a proper door to the bathroom.”
