“Nice staff ”

“A smaller cute cottage style hotel. It is a hotel that has everything you need but if you want something luxury this is not your place. Don’t get me wrong, I highly recommend this hotel but is is a little more simple place. The breakfast is quite simple but ok. The owners are SO nice people, always willing to help and answer questions. The hotel is located in a good area. We used the ferry from Larkspur to get to San francisco. Close to Muir Woods if you want to go there. I highly recommend this...

“The location was good as well as the room in general. However, we were located next to the stairs and could hear ALL guests going up and down the stairs throughout the night and very early morning. Also could hear all details of their conversation. In general the hotel was good, but I had a horrible night and could not sleep. Asked to change rooms, but no help from front desk except to offer me earplugs....ridiculous.”

“Very clean room and helpful staff”

“This is a very clean and almost new motel with easy access to the 101 and across a couple of streets from a large mall. I liked the fact there were no carpets in the room that could become stained. An adjacent Peet's Coffee was very handy. Our only negative observations are 1) the bathroom door, which rolls across, did not close properly and so there was no privacy in the bathroom. This problem was compounded by the absence of a fan in the bathroom; 2) there is absolutely nowhere to hang clothes...
