Trädhus i Belas

“If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. No wi-fi. The mattress was wrapped in thick plastic, which was not comfortable to sleep on. There was no beer to buy in the bar/restaurant so we had to go without a drink with our meal when we didn't want red wine. Nice and helpful personal otherwise.”

“Improvement is required in staff English and customer service. as I consider this to be an international business hotel.”

“More or less as expected. Nothing special but a decent business hotell. Breakfast was not much to write home about. Speedy internet and close to the shopping mall with lots of things and restaurants.”

“Quartos do hotel limpos, excelente atendimento dos funcionários.”

“Excellent staff but the hotel wanst with a good location and the equipamenta like microwaveand fridge didnt work. Even, the breakfeast wasnt read”

“The hotel is located in the centre of Luanda, approximately one hour from the new airport (JNB). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, food was tasty, and the amenities were ok. Overall, I would recommend considering this hotel for your next visit to Luanda.”

“Great”

Malheureusement, la plage est inaccessible et fermée pour cause de travaux, ce qui n'est pas précisé. Tout est en travaux, et il est impossible de profiter pleinement du séjour. De plus, la nourriture est chère.”

“Me encantó. Siempre limpió comida excelente”

“Estadia excelente. Infelizmente a reserva não ofereceu o café da manhã.”

“Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience. That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did...

“It was convenient as close as you can get to the airport as there are no hotels yet at the new airport NBJ yet. You can order a hearty dinner. It was nice having a pool to enjoy too. The taxi that was arranged from the airport turned out to be a bit of a headache as he was in such a hurry with everything, it may just be easier to take a Yango or Bolt. Overall the guest house itself was great.”
