“This was my first experience (and last) with your company. The root cellar, unfinished basement, began passing thru metal cellar doors down a steep stairwell. Leading thru a maze of spaces including the hot water heater, shower curtain walls, exposed wiring and piping from below the home. The cheap linoleum flooring was so unsafe and uneven. “This property is not actually in a HOME, which was a bit misleading. It is in the upstairs of a retail building, and appears to have been an office space remodeled for apartments. The unit itself was in suitable condition. There were stains on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered (assuming this was from a previous customer), all amenities were in working condition. “We booked the cottage for our son's graduation weekend at Deerfield Academy. It was clean, well-appointed, and close to the school. We had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with snacks and breakfast items. The master bedroom was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The pullout was perfect for our son who was with us.
