The apartment is in a very central location making most things an easy walk. We did not rent a car for our trip so this was an important feature for us. It did not disappoint. Adrian was very responsive when I messaged him as we were settling in which I also appreciated. We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and conveniently located apartment in Belfast.

The location of this property is great, close to bars and restaurants and the main bus station. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom as I was traveling with my son. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need. However the blinds in the living room are broken so no privacy. Also the area rug is very dirty and stained as well as the chair in the living room. Much of the furniture is in need of replacement. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke when we entered and after a week the small bedroom still smelled strongly of smoke. I voiced my concerns immediately about all of the issues and was told nothing could be fixed during my stay but was told that they would make it up to me. They never did. I spent 2000 for a week.

We had a great stay in Belfast. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The clothes washer didn’t work when we arrived but the host was able to get it repaired before we left. They left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates in appreciation for our patience. They were always very easy to contact and quick to respond. The location of the apartment is within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, groceries, shopping and the train station. We were there in January so the weather was quite wet and cool. The apartment had adjustable heat that made it comfortable but we also appreciated the portable heater that was provided.
