“We spent 2 night here while doing a cave tubing excusion. The location was easy to find with the help of the taxi at the airport. The unit was as pictured and very clean. It is about a 20-30 min walk to the belize sign and restaurants down near the water, on the way there is a grocery store. It was nice having access to a fridge and cutlery in the unit so we could make our own breakfasts and store dinner left overs. “This is a minimum 3day rental great all round walkable to 3 restaurants and corner grocery store main downtown Belize a taxi or bus ride. Apartment is a ground floor unit in a local neighbourhood. ”

“The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. ”

“Unit was nice, clean and private. Great location. Easy to catch the bus downtown. Good local food and a great bakery on the same street. Onsite car rental is perfect for day trips at reasonable price .Owner provides great details on local resturants. I would stay here again.”

“This apartment was very nice and clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay which is what we were looking for. Safety was a concern for us in Belize City, and this neighborhood was much nicer compared to others closer to downtown or the south side. Everything you need is within a few minites drive.”

“It was decent but the photos are a bit misleading...outdated with remnants of yesteryear throughout. The roof access is actually outside of the room (with a clothes hanging on a clothes line). The sitting area (with the view) has outside exit is an locked emergency only exit (no access to outdoors). No access to dock. “The property was in a great location halfway between Belize City and the airport with a beautiful setting on the water. Unfortunately, they could not find our reservation when we first arrived. There were some power issues and we lost power a couple times, making the apartment quite hot without the AC running. Also, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. On a positive note, the unit was spacious and felt safe. The water pressure was great and the pool was relaxing. The host was very responsive...
