“This has been a great experience. We checked in . Clean room. Everything works! Bike shop is on the 1st floor . Trails are accessible. My son and I had a blast ! Will definitely book again for our next trip! Communication was great . Highly recommend !”

“Just the facts...we had many safety concerns. Deck was unsafe due to railing being detached, exposed wiring along path leading down to the dock. Junction boxes detached or dismantled along the path as well. When the owner/property manager was presented with these issues, the response was quite frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility for safety concerns, it was stated that everything was up to code. Basically they didn't care. Renter be ware...the pictures are perfectly taken/staged to hide...

“We were able to hop right on the greenway and head to Bentonville. Property was super clean. Second floor looked like it has storage for bikes if you bring your own lock (this isn’t mentioned anywhere in any listing or directions).”

“Great place, fully automated with the codes provided. Would be better if the codes were the last four of our phone number, other automated lifts do this. Communications with the management team was fast and they are very responsive to questions. The place was spacious, great location off the trails, over a bike shop, with a bar/grill across the street. Would recommend to others, and will return. Thanks!”

“MTB paradise starts with a 3rd floor view above a bike shop central to Bentonville bike parks and Back 40 and Little Sugar trails. Beds and pillows firm and very comfortable. Elevator worked well. I would consider staying here again.”
