The accommodation opens onto a living room furnished with a sofa, armchairs, TV, dining table and open-plan kitchen.

Following this, the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a second room with two single beds. Finally, completing the apartment layout, a bathroom with shower enclosure.



*The outdoor furniture, barbecue and laundry area are shared with other guests of the villa.

Among the most famous is Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of roads and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study centre and conference venue of the Rockefeller Foundation which features a wonderful garden. The historic centre, with its numerous small shops located along narrow stepped alleyways, passages and porticoes, is renowned throughout the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lakeside hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, reachable via a dense network of paths and routes for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by ferry to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
