“This is a good hotel with friendly staff located in a calm area with shops like Target and Macy's nearby. The hotel is new with friendly staff and clean rooms with Home2 Suites standard. New and modern Tv. The hallways was also clean and smelled good. Elevator was modern, new and smelled good. Breakfast area was not crowdy and well organized with good options. Only issue was that the soap was empty in the shower two days in a row.

“Beautiful property but there wasn’t extra toilet paper and Kleenex in the room and the bathroom shelf wasn’t secure. It was also pretty warm and we didn’t have individual control of our room temp. A mini fridge would have gone a long way. There was also no tea in the lobby. I would stay there again in the spring or fall. ”

“We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. “We requested room service for three consecutive nights. We were away from the hotel for at least 10–16 hours each day, leaving early every morning. I returned each night and complained to the front desk because we had to request additional towels daily. Each time, I was told, “No problem, I’ll make sure it’s done tomorrow.” Unfortunately, we never received room service during the entirety of our trip.”
