“We stayed in the Rosebud suite. The staff provided excellent customer service- responded to all inquiries quickly before our arrival. Room was spacious, clean, updated. However our suite was right beside another suite. The people in that suite talked very loud until midnight, we had to call the front desk. The rooms are close and so I wonder about the sound proofing. Also the snow plow started going at 6:45 am. This was not the fault of the hotel, it snowed quite a bit. The restaurant...

“Staff were friendly. Check in and check out was handled efficiently. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Price was reasonable. Will definitely stay here again!”

“The side entrance was not salted, i almost wiped out and watched 2 other guests almost do the same. Carpet qas covering a large hole with an unsecured board in the room and when you stepped on it it spunded like you were going to fall in a tunnell. Housekeeping never came even to restock toilet paper and make beds. Breakfast ended by 9 is a little early for people vacationing. No benches anywhere near the smokers butt out station but lots of aigns where not to be. ”

“Remote entry, so never saw the staff, but they responded quickly to a phone call and the continental breakfast appeared in the breakfast area at the set time. Rooms were tidy and great value. The location is out of town and not in walking distance to anywhere but recommend to anyone at this price point. ”

The room, had some unvacuumed dust under the beds, but the great price for the room and at the restaurant make any minor inconveniences well worth it. ”
