“We arrived to the hotel for the reservation I had booked months ago only to discover that they had given our room away and that the hotel was fully booked. I was told it was normal for a hotel to oversell their rooms. The manager could not have cared any less that we were stranded at midnight and that they had given away the room we had paid for. The lady at the front desk was very kind but the manager Kosty was horrible, and was unfazed that we would have to drive home 2.5 hours in the middle...

“This was a welcome stay in our roadtrip. Space for the three of us (and dog) to spread out. Lovely bustling and serene downtown park a short walking distance away. The building is a bit dated but it was clean, comfortable and well priced. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it seemed well equipped. My only complaint was that the hallways smelled musty, but my unit was fine.”

“As a jet lagged visitor I have always appreciated the 6am breakfast but now it starts at 7am so can’t give full score anymore. ”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, but the maintenance is lacking. Its obviously an old hotel that was given a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture some years ago. All the furniture has sogns of wear and heavy damage marks. The curtains in the room dont fully close, so you get the parking lot lights in your face all night. Pool is in rough shape, woth concrete cracking, tiles missing, and needing a deep clean. We looked forward to using the center courtyard, but it was locked up, and obviously...

“Archer is a modern hotel in central Redmond with a "lodge feeling" ambiance, the rooms are tastefully decorated with lots of thoughtful details. Eg we stayed in a room for families and there were children's books beside the bed and a rubber ducky in the bath. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens and pillows. I would warmly recommend staying there for your next trip to Seattle/Redmond either as a family or traveling for work.”
