“The check-in staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was not very clean. There was garbage stacked up in the corners of the stairways, hair in my bathtub and urine drops on my toilet. The rooms seem pretty shabby and worn. Some of the other guests were extremely loud, with one guest at the end of my hallway leaving his door open all day and the TV blasting. Thankfully it got much more quiet at night. I would expect to pay about $75 per night for rooms like this, but the cost was much...

“Our car had a smash and grab break in 75’ from guest check in , in their parking lot. The management refused to share video with us or the police , they claim they require a subpoena to release video footage. It’s good to know they care more to protect criminals on their premises than their guests.”

“This was our first time staying at a Hyatt House property. It was very clean. The staff were available and helpful room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite large. I like having the mini fridge and the microwave even though we did not need them. The free parking and free Wi-Fi were great and probably one of the better free buffet breakfast we had staying in this tier of property would definitely recommend and stay here again”

“Wow, what a wonderful place! First off, the decor is awesome - so stylish and modern, very thoughtfully decorated. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The comfort was top notch, the large couch was great for lounging when we weren't out and about, we loved the glowing fireplace, and the bed was big and comfy as well.
