“Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.”

“The room didn’t feel clean. The pullout bed was terribly dirty with crumbs and bugs. The shampoo in the shower was empty. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The website says the pool is open 8:00am to 10:00pm. Our grandson wanted to swim in the morning before we left. The pool has a sign that it doesn’t open until 10:00am. “The room was dirty. I had a dead spider in my bed. The floor was sticky with boot prints. ( we were not wearing boots). The air was on 67 and could not be shut off or moved in temp. “Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive.”

“I just expected better. The building & grounds were well maintained. The room was clean, however, the tub was too stained to consider using it. The toilet was extremely short and there were no accessibility bars. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The muffins were frozen, there was no butter for toast, and the floor was sticky in multiple places. There didn’t appear to be any staff available to restock. With the number of guests, it would help to have two waffle makers.”
