“Overall, I cannot complain about my mistake. The check-in process was a little slow. Guy behind the desk, definitely chatted up the individual before me more than he should’ve while I waited. However, that’s likely the worst of it. The room was clean, the bathroom, had a small touch of mildew, but it was nothing I could not handle. For what I paid, you really cannot beat the price for the quality of stay.”

“The room was clean, & I was impressed with all the items provided for us in the kitchenette. Room comes with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes & silverware, pots & pans & lots of other things either in the room, or you can borrow items to cook with from an area in the lobby! Laundry is FREE & the staff are super friendly & helpful! Would definitely recommend planning your next trip to an IHG Candlewood hotel!!”

“The kitchen inside the room was awesome, I could cook for my self. Very clean, nice and comfortable bed.”

“Place appeared to be well taken care of, no free breakfast included, although there is a bistro on site.”

“Sam checked us in and Leeann poured a glass of champagne, very welcome after a long day. The room was well-sized and nicely appointed. Location to the Old Market and downtown is about as good as it gets. We would gladly stay hear again.”

“Det enda som jag har att kommentera var frukosten som var långt under standard”

“This is the 5th time staying at this hotel. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room size is larger than most hotels. I noticed this visit the vacuuming needed more attention in the hallway and inside; especially inbetween the bed and side tables . I would like to see more than 1 op”

“Great place to stay!”

“Francisco at front desk went above standard service. He was helpful, caring and offered solutions that wowed.”

“Close to concert”

“A lot of traffic noice.”
