This beautifully renovated Queenslander pairs modern country charm with breathtaking views for an unforgettable stay. Spread across two levels, the home features stylish interiors and warm, welcoming spaces. The showstopper is the expansive pool, perfectly positioned to overlook the paddock, dam, and rolling hills beyond. Free-roaming chickens add a delightful rural touch—little ones will love feeding them and watching them wander. Wraparound verandahs invite you to unwind, whether you’re keeping an eye on the kids in the pool, enjoying a quiet moment with a book and the breeze, or gathering by the fire pit for a cosy evening under the stars.
Inside, the upper level offers a spacious open-plan layout with the kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is made for modern country living, featuring a five-burner gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A charming tuckshop-style window opens to the alfresco dining area, perfect for serving up relaxed meals. The living room invites you to unwind with a cosy fireplace, plush sofas, smart TV, and air conditioning.

With no nearby public transport, having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and coastal areas at your own pace. 10 min to Eumundi main street 15 min to Kenilworth 20 min to Noosa or Nambour 30 min to the airport
Other Things to Note: *Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*Please note we don’t provide pre-cut firewood at the house, but since it’s a farm stay, there’s plenty available for you to collect yourself, or the neighbouring farm across the road sells bundles.
*The area has vibrant wildlife, please advise guests to keep security fly screens closed to prevent animals from entering.
*Septic system: The house uses a septic treatment system, so only environmentally friendly products should be used. We’ve provided suitable options for guests. Also please ask your staff to put labels or stickers near the toilets and washing area to remind them of septic and remind the guess to use less water.
