Thankfully, the owner was home when I arrived and was able to let me into the apartment. All areas were clean and the check in and check out process were seamless. Communication with the host was easy. The only negative comment I have is that the pullout sofa in the main area is really not comfortable. I thought my son would be able to stay there but the mattress is so thin that you can feel all the springs. I ended up having to rent an extra hotel room...
