There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...

“The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was beyond awesome! We flew in to watch and celebrate my son’s Senior College Recital, and we had a large group. They had a fabulous eating area for us all to eat in and relax and play games. They even WASHED OUR DISHES for us!! How AMAZING is THAT??!!??
