“Huge property with plenty of space for several families. The beautiful deck with hot tub and pool was a hit with the kids, as was the huge game room. Kitchen was spacious, and the second refrigerator in the garage was a nice amenity. Plenty of beds, too. The location was perfect; just 20 mins from Letchworth. Some of our group booked trail rides from the stables next door. We all would highly recommend the Nunda Ranch!”

All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. “We stayed in a lovely 1870 home. The owner is working hard to fix it up. I and my family wre up there for my daughter's wedding she married someone from upstate New York. I did not have any trouble getting in touch with the homeowner. There was just minor hiccups but the owner helped out alot. When the house is completely finished I would love to come back and stay again.”

“We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.”
