It is a good ways outside of Inverness but close to the Rogie fall and the Singleton (Muir of Ord) distillery. Super fun and quiet! Bigfoot did not find us here! Beautiful scenery around the cabin.”

“All members of the group thought this was an absolute jewel. The rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. We availed ourselves of the bar and the drinks were spot on. for food we all had the steak pie which was fabulous. Breakfast was again fantastic and for the price was an absolute bargain. the staff were great friendly and no dramas there are many hotel chains could learn lessons from this establishment. thank you”

“This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

"Jättefint hotell, läge och bra frukost.
Parkering finns bara ett stenkast från hotellet. Old Town Rose Street Multi-Storey Car Park. Prisvärt och gott om platser.
Gymet var inget att ha så det drar ner betyget lite."

"Don’t check in here unless you’re ready to deal with arrogance and zero accountability. Our first room had no heating – radiators didn’t work. Things break, fair enough, but the way we were treated by Cathlynn at reception was unacceptable.
At 7:30 PM we reported it. By 9:30 PM, still nothing had been done. We were handed a shabby blanket and a small heater. At 11 PM we were downgraded to a smaller, warmer room.
Next morning we were promised a 30% refund and an upgrade for our last night. What we got was the same category we originally booked – not an upgrade. Worse, the room hadn’t been cleaned: used coffee cups, wet towels, unmade bed – and our luggage was already moved in.
Again, met with “not my fault” attitudes. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager – apparently never there, even though we saw him during breakfast.
Hotels.com was no help either. Claimed they couldn’t reach the hotel – I called myself and got through instantly. Staff kept apologizing but never followed up as promised.
This hotel needs someone responsible at the wheel. Until then, stay elsewhere."
