“Läget mycket bra, nära staden , havet och allt. Bostaden: Låg standard generellt, framförallt kök o badrum, typ -80 tals standard, omodernt, gamla visslande kranar i köket, för litet kylskåp med felhängd dörr, undermålig uppsättning bestick, glas koppar mm! Möblemanget vid matplatsen obekvämt gammaldags. Värmekällor ej tillräckliga. TV: saknar internationella kanaler! Allmänt dåligt underhåll, bl a trädgård o uteplats, grill mm.”
