It was huge, 3 hotels in one!! Received no map over the facilities. We had teenagers, I think the hotel was more suitable for younger kids. Lots of activities. We enjoyed playing billiards.

We are a family with two kids that just came back from a 10 day visit to Holiday Polynesia.: - All inclusive only means only food and soft drinks, beer and wine. Everything else is very expensive such as Wifi 12 EUR/week/device, Gym 5 EUR/session, safe in hotel room 22 EUR/week etc etc. - We had a junior suite, the catalogue stated 70m2, felt more like 40m2 and a large terrace. - The beds were really hard. It is amazing that the softest place to sleep on in a four star hotel is the sitting portion of the couch, it took days to adjust to these hard beds. - Evening shows needs to be improved - Large hotel leads to long walking distances - Interior scarcely furnished

Vi var där i fyra nätter med 3 barn 10, 5 & 1. Fint utsmyckat och rymligt, men slitet. Verkar inte lägga pengar på byta ut det som är utslitet - hål i handdukar. Slitna yogamatter - mini golfbanan hade sett sina bästa dagar. Si å så med aktiviteter. 5 åringen kunde vara på kids club helt ok. Men det kostade 5Euro/halv dag ca 3h då vi hade halv pension frukost+middag och det var inte flexibelt och byta med lunch - minus. Maten var ok frukost bättre än middag. I stort sett detsamma dåligt med tillbehör til hamburgare som alltid fanns. Mesta utvalet var efterrätterna. Maten var inte tilläckligt varm. Utroligt många av personalen som var dåliga på engelska. Kanske därfär knapphändig information om plejset. Mini diskot var patetiskt liksom reptil showen. Passade f de mindre barnen 4-8 år. Fanns lite och göra och allt kostade extra pengar. Poolerna kalla => blå läppar. Till och med 1 Euro för och nyta badhandukar' tar ju priset. VARNING!! Vi provade och klippa oss hos frisören brevid svindyrs butiken på våning -2. Under all kritik - chip chop => färdig under 5min.Jag skulle bara klippa toppar men ändå det tar minst 20 min. Fruktansvärt ojämt samma på min 5åring. Tragisk att man kan ha sånna inkompetenta där - skojeri!!! Läget var väldigt off. Kommer aldrig resa tillbaka till det hotellet. Men vi fick sol och det var därför vi reste til solkusten :-)

Amazing hotel, feels like a good 4 stars in their way to 5 stars. One of the best hotel around with amazing sea views, very private and the interior is really well designed. Great for kids and adults. Love it!! will be back soon.

vi valde detta hotell för att vi hade en femårig barn.Tyvärr skulle våran barn leka på lekrummet måste betala 5 eura varje gång.hotellet hade beskrivit att de hade pool.Jo de hade pool ute och vädret var ca 15 grader.Skulle man bada inne måste betala 5 euro per person för en timme.hotellet låg isloread och fanns inga affärer i närheten.Närmaste affär låg 9 km

Bra barnklubb, fin med mörk/död lobby, stora rum, dålig service förrutom i kids klubb (mycket bra) och i baren (trevlig personal fast underbemannad). Sämsta buffet någonsin. Hotellet levererar inte trots den fina lobbyn.

L hotel est très bien construit par contre déçu du parc aquatique il est mentionné sur le site parc aquatique gratuit alors que pas du tout si vous n avez pas l option tous compris vous payer 7€par enfants et 10€ par adulte la journée et le seul toboggan qu il y a dans le parc peut se faire que en bouée qu il faut payer en plus 20€ et 10€ de caution même avec le hall inclusive ça fait cher le parc pour une famille plus cher qu un parc aquatique en Suisse sino a part ça l hôtel est top

The reception is amazing, great for pictures. All the staffs are extremely friendly. The recreation for kids and adults is good, but could improve with more options all day. The food is ok, the dessert area have a lot options, but everything taste the same. In general was great. My son had the best time of his life. We are count the days to be back next year.

Family visit
The overall stay was good but not what we maybe expected when we ordered. What we did not notice when we did the order through Hotels.com was that the hotel was aimed for all inclusive stays. Our family was one of the few families without the all inclusive. Nothing bad about that but we maybe did not expect the normal family noise you get in these kind of hotels. Also tge price of food gets expensive. A lunch for us was 30€/person so we did not eat at the hotel. Hotel is very nice, but it is not located at the sea. From the review when selecting the hotel we could expect much closer. Nowhere it is stated that a train rund between the hotel and the sea. The train is not noisy but it would explain the access to beach differently. Hotel is located quite far from Benalmadena and Fuengirola centres so one will need a car/taxi/bus to visit any of the centres. We had a car all the time and then the location is good. Rooms are ok, but nothing extraordinary. Hotel is VERY big so there is a lot to explore. Very nice lobbies all over. Pool area is ok with lots of sun all day. View from the hotel is really nice. Overall I would summarise the visit as ok, but most likely we would not choose this hotel again. Then because of the location and the all inclusive focus.

Our stay was amazing! The resort is remote but there are cabs which are easily ordered at reception which can take you into town. The facilities in the hotels were incredible and the entertainment was some of the best I have seen in a hotel. The fact that you could chose between 3 very different acts each night was great! Our room was also very clean and big with plenty of space for 4 people and there was only 2 of us! Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!

Don’t believe that all that is listed in the description is available at the actual hotel. I.e. we seen that from listing that it had a Lazy River, this was actually located at the beach club a short shuttle away. You can not buy a dingy you have to rent @ €10 €10 deposit each per day for a few hours only. The room was not as modern as we thought from the pictures the Wi-Fi was not working and in our room and staff couldn’t care when reported. We actually thought paying extra for seaview suite with terrace would include at least sun lounges but no it didn’t. The maids would only leave 2 towels on days unless asked to leave 4. The pillows where very uncomfortable only providing 1 long pillow per bed. The pull out bed was uncomfortable for our teenage daughter as she could feel the springs and she is fine made up so not due to weight. The food was nice plenty of choice, the drinks where hidden so you could see what was on offer unless it was the premium drinks which where expensive at €9 each. Bar closed at 12 and lights on all terraces switched off. Public Transport very good and very reasonable between the 2 neighbouring towns. Most of the best night entertainment seemed to be in the holiday resort village. All inclusive didn’t cover food or drink in sister hotels if you wanted to attend the shows. The beach club on Sunday also an extra cost for drinks. Safe in room was a daily charge as well, AI, No, charge where they can

Très belle hôtel : une piscine à l’hôtel et un accès gratuit au centre aquatique (des navettes circule toute la journée entre l’hôtel et ce centre aquatique). Accès plage rapide à pied. Parfait pour un voyage en famille. Personnel non francophone qui a tendance à privilégier la clientèle britannique.
