This villa with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, has been recently modernised to a high standard, with exceptional features.



The grand entrance leads to a wonderful open-plan dining room and living room with a very large dining table that has seating for 16 people. In the living room/lounge, there are two separate seating areas and a 90-inch television that has a full range of international channels, sports, Disney, etc.



The sliding doors of the terrace lead to an incredible pool area that features a large jacuzzi that can accommodate 10 people, where there are very comfortable outdoor furniture for sun lovers and also large umbrellas that create wonderful shaded areas. The pool can be heated during the coldest months (extra cost 35€ per day), and there is also a safety fence that can be installed upon request, thinking about the safety of small children.



Large sails hover over a wonderful outdoor dining area that includes a double barbecue, dining table and seating for relaxation.



The villa has a large, modern and well-equipped kitchen with everything you would need to cater for large groups; there is a separate area for washing dishes and also a service room.



There are 7 bedrooms, of which 5 have their own bathroom, and a family room with a master bedroom and a separate room with two double bunk beds to create a play area for children. All bedrooms have air conditioning and access to a perimeter terrace that leads to an incredible pool and a relaxation area with stunning views of the Mediterranean.

Just four minutes walk from the main train station and a bus stop seconds from your door with easy access to Fuengirola, Puerto de Benalmádena, Arroyo de la Miel and Torremolinos

A short drive away is the large shopping centre Plaza Mayor with numerous shops (Zara, H&M, etc.), cinema, charming restaurants and bars and a bowling alley.



The villa is located in Torremuelle, which has some very pleasant local restaurants and bars. A short walk from Playa Bonita beach in Torremuelle and Arroyo Hondo Beach, there are also water parks nearby in Torremolinos and Fuengirola, Sealife Centre, Selwo Marina, which make for a full day out with the family.
