The upper sun deck consists of a further 2 sun loungers and a sofa area with sea and mountain views perfect for watching the sunsets.

On the lower level the villa has 1 double bedroom with opposite shower room with direct garden access. Fully equipped open plan kitchen, Lounge, dining and separate breakfast area. Featuring an open fire and direct access to the gardens and pool.
The property is equipped with free high speed fibre optic wifi, a 65 inch television with foreign tv channels including Spanish and UK tv. The TV also has Blu-ray DVD player and a sound bar with Bluetooth to connect up your devices.

The good sized private swimming pool is 10 metres long and 5 metres wide. The deep end is 1.6 metres and the shallow end is 1 metre. The pool has curved steps and a handrail to ease access.

Upstairs (16 steps) Boasts 2 good sized bedrooms, both with beautiful en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and 1 with a Bath. Both bedrooms access the large upstairs terrace. The upstairs terrace has breathtaking sea, coast, and mountain views. The terrace comprises of two sun beds, an outside lounge area, and floor level mood lighting. Within a short drive the property is close to beautiful beaches, marinas and picturesque white washed Spanish villages. The beautiful beaches of Carvajal are only a 5 minute drive containing numerous Chiringuito’s, sun-beds, and water sports. The gorgeous Benanatura nudist beach is a small cove only 8 minutes by car or taxi and has its own private chiringuito.

Benalmádena Pueblo is 5 minutes by car and is a white washed traditional Andalucian village originated from the Moorish settlement in the 8th century. The origin of the name Benalmádena derives from the Arabic ” Bani al-Medina” or “Son of the mines”, because of the presence of the mines in this area. The exquisite Benalmádena Pueblo is situated on the foothills, right above the Mediterranean Sea and it has breathtaking views of the sea and the Costa del Sol. The village has many bars, shops and restaurants.

Numerous sports are catered for including water sports, sailing, diving tennis, horse riding and stunning golf courses. There are many fantastic restaurants covering most cuisines, from low cost tapas to chiringuitos on the beach to Michelin star restaurants. A Six minute drive away is the Curio Hilton hotel that allows day guests to use the Spa and hydrotherapy circuit pool, and offers numerous beauty treatments (The Hotel Charges visitors for use of their facilities). The new Higuron reserva beach club is also available for day visitors and boasts a Michelin star chef and even offers boat charters. The Villa has numerous supermarkets and shops within a very close drive. 15 minutes drive away is the new McArthur Glen outlet shopping centre offering up to 70% discounts on over 100 different brands. Shops include Prada, Hugo, Boss, Calivin Klein, Adidas and Ralph Lauren to name a few.

Carvajal train station is only 7 minutes away by car with free parking or about €5 in an Uber. The trains run every 20 minutes along the coast and stops in the Centre of Malaga (40min) Malaga Airport (25min) and also the resort towns of Torremolinos (15min), Los Boliches (4min), Fuengirola (6min) and Arroyo De La Miel (7min), Plaza Mayor for Shopping Centre and McArthur Glen Designer Outlet stores.
