High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV and lift access are also included to guarantee comfort and convenience for all guests.

It is recommended to have a car to go shopping and explore everything that Andalusia has to offer. The property includes parking space for two cars.

We have Trocadero Benalmádena, a Marbella restaurant concept brought to Benalmádena, located in a privileged position next to the sea with impressive sea views and sunsets. You will also be able to enjoy in Carvajal the always nominated best traditional Spanish fish restaurant "Los Marinos Paco". And we cannot forget the 1 Michelin Star restaurant, Sollo, from the Curion by Hilton hotel.

Late Check-In

If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet so that your arrival is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

Our team will receive you personally and give you the instructions to access the property, so you can settle in comfortably at any time.

We have ecological products for apartment cleaning, which allows us to maintain a clean and comfortable space for you, whilst reducing environmental impact. We want your stay to be as sustainable and pleasant as possible, caring for both the environment and your wellbeing during your visit.

Please note that currently the infinity pool and the gym are out of service.



Nevertheless, the community has a fully operational outdoor swimming pool available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. We appreciate your understanding!



ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:

• Excessive general dirt in the property.

• Considerable amount of unwashed dishes.

• Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street bins indicated in the guide before departure.

• Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. Therefore, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:

• We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.

• Community Works: We are not responsible for any acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).

• External and Third-Party Works: We cannot be responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and outdoor areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction, renovation or maintenance works carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our management, we have no control over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
