This beautiful, updated 3 story, 4200sf home boasts end of the road privacy only a 5 minute walk to the SHARC. With 2 Master Bedrooms, 3 additional bedrooms, and 4 full baths it provides a relaxing retreat for up to 16 people.

Enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable retreat home that has plenty of room for your whole family to gather and unwind! Enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house A/C, Large HDTV's with cable and Chromecast, Arcade games, board games, Ping-pong, and Foosball as well as 10 bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park.

The main living area welcomes you with a stone fireplace and grand windows leading to one of 4 large decks on the house where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. There is a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances and dishes and a gas cooktop, ready for any meal or gathering.

Downstairs is a separate family/rec room with large TV, video arcade games, pool table as well as a game table, fireplace & wet/wine bar. There you will also find another king bedroom, bathroom, and a deck that leads to a private Hot tub.

Upstairs is a secluded, adult retreat with a balcony walk, quiet sitting area, private deck, and two king master suites, each with a private bath and soaring vaulted ceilings. The Grand Master is a family suite and has a gas fireplace, private sitting room with double kids bunks and private deck.

On the main floor you'll find a dorm style room for the kids with three sets of bunk beds and TV. Additionally there is another Queen bedroom, and full bath.

A 2 car garage provides entertaining space with ping-pong and foosball, and 10 bicycles will provide your group a great way to see Sunriver. The home has gas heat for a warm winter and Central AC to keep you cool in summer.

Kids and adults alike enjoy watching the trains pass nearby.

*Please note* Although trains pass just across the road behind the house, the tracks are elevated above and away from the home, limiting noise and allowing for a safe, enjoyable, environment. Contact us for more information.

The home is nice and comfortable for the family- well appointed with 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are masters bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds in a separate area. They are warm in the summer. The middle level has a bunk room and a queen with a daybed. Downstairs had a queen in the basement which is the coolest part of the home. All the bathrooms have been remodeled and the kitchen was redone as well. The video games, ping pong table, foosball, and air hockey tables are fun for older children. We had SHARC passes for 12 people and we were so close by to make it easy. We enjoyed being 0.8 miles from The Village. It there was an issue, you could contact and get an answer from the owner. It was a seamless process. The home is near train tracks- up an embankment about 30 yards away. It is not heavily used, maybe twice a day and inconsistent, including 4:30am, 11:30pm, 9pm. There is no honking but will it louder when the engine was going faster. That said, you are on a private cul de sac that is safe for kids to play and bike with no car traffic or louder bikers.

We had a great family vacation. The neighborhood was great. The kids loved watching the trains go by. It was a little noisy at night when the trains passed so we used sound machines in the bedrooms. All in all is was a beautiful home a great location and our family loved our stay. The property manager was great and was quick to respond and help with any questions. We all love Sunriver!

Great house for large group

This home was great. It is at a good location - near the SHARC and Village and is the last house on a dead end road that has a round about (great for little kids to ride bikes around). We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kids loved the retro video games in the basement. Kitchen was well stocked with all cookware that would be needed. Owner was very responsive. Two different master suite areas upstairs worked out great for staying with multiple families. Wonderful home.

SunRiver Family Reunion

Very spacious with room to spread out. Location walking distance to SHARC and disc golf. Short distance to village. Great walking and bike riding paths. Close to Bend Oregon and other attractions. We enjoyed floating down Deschutes River, hiking to several falls, the Lava Butte and the High Desert Museum. Our home away from home was well appointed with a BBQ and big family dinning table. Plenty of bikes for everyone, plus complimentary SHARC passes were appreciated. Garage full of activities and basement full of arcade games. Perfect family vacation home. Only drawback was close proximity to railroad tracks and several daily and night time trains.

This is a beautiful home We gathered as a family of 12. (5 couples, 2 adult sisters) The house is very well appointed and well thought out. The kitchen is fully equipped for a large group. The decor and furnishings were quality and very nice. The house is very spacious; it allowed for all of us to gather, but also have some break out areas. The game room, hot tub and extra fridge in the garage were great. The beds were all comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean. We try to visit Sunriver every winter ; this is definitely the best home we have stayed in to accommodate 12 comfortably.

Great Weekend with Friends

We had 4 couples stay and kids too. Space was clean and worked well for a large group. Lots of fun things for kids (and adults) with games in garage and basement. Hot tub worked great. Loved the location near Sunriver Village. Would stay here again.

Great Family house

We take a trip to sunriver at least once a year and had a great time at this house. We just stayed here earlier this month and it was as advertised. The owner was a great communicator and answered all questions and requests in a timely manner. The house was large and easy fit our group of 4 families. There was plenty of space for the kids to roam and be loud without disturbing the whole house. We had a family with a small child and the baby gates kept them stair safe. The house was clean and well stocked. The arcade was a big hit with the kids. Will be staying again sometime. Thanks again.

Awesome Sun River House

The house was awesome and the perfect size for the 10 of us adults. All the features you would want to have. Plenty of beds, great kitchen for cooking, big deck for everyone to hangout at, games downstairs and in the garage, SHARC passes and bicycles for everyone. Anthony was a great host and very accommodating for any requests we had. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and amenities for a family

We had a wonderful stay here! It is within walking distance to SHARC and a quick bike ride to the village, which was a huge plus for our family with small kids. The property owner is very kind, accommodating and communicative. He answered all of our questions quickly and checked in with us during our stay several times to make sure all was well. The house is set up very well to accommodate several families or a large group. The only thing I will note for families traveling with young toddlers - there are a couple of stone stairs in the entryway leading to the garage that are difficult to baby proof/gate off. We would absolutely consider staying here again if we have a large group!

Beautiful home

We loved staying at this property. It was close to the mall and the SHARC but set back enough we had lots of privacy. The upper deck was so peaceful. The game room was the biggest hit with everyone. The furnishings were top quality and we appreciate the communication with the owner. We definitely hope to come back to this property
