We had a great stay at this charming bungalow. There's a really good grocer about half a block away, and good places to eat or hang out, like Spork and 10 Barrel are brief walks down pleasant streets. Walking to downtown is just a little bit farther, and you can make the crossing to Drake Park via the footbridge, which keeps you along the river and separated from traffic for most of the walk. The neighborhood is quiet, and if you decide to drive somewhere instead of walking, parking behind the house is devoted and easy to access. There's a shed on site that locks and we used it to store some bikes we had brought with us. There are some bikes already in the shed that I think are for guest use; we didn't use them, but it's a nice touch. We didn't use the laundry, but there is a washer and dryer on-site. There is central air (as well as a window hung unit), and there is a really nice hot tub just outside the back door. The host was easy to deal with -- we received all of the info by the time we needed it.I'd stay there again.
