The Cascade house offers our guests a clean, calming and inviting atmosphere to take in all that Sunriver has to offer. You’ll have 4 bedrooms + Den over 3K square feet of living and an indoor Hot Tub to enjoy.

Beautiful designed space with a grand gas fireplace where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy the comfortable seating arrangement while playing games, having a conversation, or just watching a movie on the big screen tv. This space also offers audiophiles a Victrola bluetooth vinyl player to enjoy great music.

• KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are connected in an open inviting space for making and sharing meals. The grand pass-thru fireplace not only gives off good heat but offers great ambience for both the living and dining space. Enjoy your meals with our matching Mikasa flatware and dinning set. Kid friendly plates, cups, bowls, utensils, and booster.

• FLEX ROOM
Located just off the dining room behind the sliding barn doors reveal a fun space for families to enjoy. The standing arcade unit with 7500+ games and a comfy couch to watch a movie on the 65 inch Roku equipped tv. When it's time to wind down there's two bunk beds and a queen size Murphy bed.

• INDOOR HOT TUB SPA
One of the best features of the Cascade House is the bonus room with the indoor spa, shower and ping pong table. What better way to relax after a long day of skiing, biking, or adventures than a hot tub. Guests can open the french doors in front of the hot tub to the private backyard. Hot tub is cleaned and tested between every stay.

• BACKYARD
The Cascade house sits on a third of an acre with a secluded backyard – you won’t be seeing cars driving by or the neighbors house when you relax back here – and its own peaceful flowing cascading waterfall feature. Guests will be able to enjoy outdoor dining & cooking with the 4 burner propane BBQ. Bocce ball, corn hole, and a variety of other games will keep everyone entertained. There is enough space for everyone with seating around the outdoor dining table or just lounging in the Adirondack chairs. An added bonus is also the enclosed patio off the main kitchen.

• GUEST ACCESS
Prior to your arrival we’ll message you a personal smart lock entry code for your group to use on the front door. This code only works during your stay and expires upon checkout time.

• CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
In order to properly clean and sanitize the house for our next guest we want to make sure our cleaners have enough time to do so. The checkin time is anytime after 4PM on the day of arrival. The checkout time is before 11AM on the day of departure.

• PARKING
Maximum of 5 cars only. Sunriver does not allow for parking on the street or off pavement which includes the street in front of the house. Park only in the garage or in the driveway. We would hate to see any of our guests get towed or fined by the Sunriver Police. There's room for 1 Car in the garage and 4 Cars in the driveway. SUV's with roof cargo boxes should not pull into the garage.

• BATHROOMS
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Ginger Lily Farms.

• PETS
We love pets but do not allow any pets at this property.

• INTERNET
House is equipped with Gig speed internet. Perfect for having zoom calls and multiple devices streaming media and games. WIFI coverage throughout the house. Speeds may vary depending on broadband usage, devices, location, and etc.

• TV
All TV’s are equipped with Roku Guest Mode for you to sign into your streaming services.

• BIKES
We offer 6 complimentary bikes with helmets for our guests to use and cruise on the 40 miles of Sunriver pathways. Guests accept responsibility when using the bikes that are offered. Anyone who is riding a bicycle who is under the age of 16 is required to wear a helmet per state law.

• GAS FIRE TABLE
Due to current burn ban and high fire dangers, local Sunriver laws prohibit the use of open flame fires during this time. Therefore the gas fire table is not available for use.

• HEATING & AC
The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning controlled through the Nest thermostat. Simply rotate the dial to adjust the temperature. The thermostat is locked into a range of 68-78F degrees for cooling in Summer and 65 - 75F degrees for heating in Winter.

• SECURITY SYSTEM
We have three cameras on the exterior of the property including the doorbell, driveway, and backyard plus one camera in the garage for security and to ensure only registered guests are on the property. All cameras are pointed away from the house, record audio and video as well as detects motion to turn on exterior lights. There are no cameras inside the property.

• WEAPONS & FIREARMS
Guests are required to provide notice of and obtain consent for any secured weapons prior to booking, and should use the messaging feature to do so. Failure to do so may result in cancelation of reservation.

• SERVICE PROVIDERS
During your stay, you may encounter service providers who help with the maintenance of the home (gardener, hot tub cleaning crew, etc). Please allow them onto the property to do their jobs. For stays longer than 5 days, the hot tub crew may check mid stay to ensure the PH and Chlorine levels are at appropriate levels.
