Relax with ease in this lovely, conveniently located home at the heart of Sunriver. Family-friendly by design, guests can unwind in front of a gas fireplace or out on the furnished back patio when reflecting on the day's adventures. The living room downstairs and the upstairs den are both furnished for comfort, with a bonus arcade table for extra fun. But the central air conditioning will ensure comfort in every section of the home. Have fun cooking together in the handsome full kitchen, or take the meat out to the private gas grill. SHARC passes are available if guests feel like an evening swim in the shared community pools. But the private hot tub on the back porch is an excellent place to relax!

The first bedroom for this home is just to the left when you walk through the door. This charming room features multiple windows, a front yard view, and extra seating in addition to a comfortable bed. The second bedroom is just to the right as guests walk down the hall to the living room. This is the main bedroom of the home, and features a private deck entrance near the hot tub, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a lovely en suite bathroom with double sinks, a spacious closet, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Upstairs, the third bedroom is just to the right as guests reach the top (just across from the arcade table). This lovely forest-themed room features a neighborhood view. The fourth bedroom (just next door) features a similar view but is decorated with a horse theme. At the end of the hallway, past the upstairs den, the fifth and final bedroom features bunk beds and a closet of age-appropriate toys for younger guests. A full bathroom (featuring double sinks and a shower/tub combination) lies just across the way, so no one will have to walk too far in the middle of the night.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
