The House was nice. It needs some major maintenance and it needs cleaned much better than it was. There was hair and dust in the drawers. Pasta broken and just look unkept. While we were there the maintenance man came and fixed the kitchen faucet so the hot and cold were correct. The TVs were logged into the owners Amazon so we heard every announcement. The first one was at 6:30 the first morning saying “a you awake. I’m coming upstairs.” Needless to say this freaked us out. We weren’t able to figure out what it was for a couple days. Very frustrating to be woken every morning in such an eerie way. Sharc didn’t stay open after September 1 even though it was beautiful outside. That was quite disappointing. The most frustrating this was that no one seemed to be able to get through to the owners to figure out why we were hearing voices. We had to figure it out on our own. We were given a small credit but the first three days of our ten day vacation were waiting for the repair man and trying figure out why we were hearing voices

Great location

Great location easy drive to MT Bachelor. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Had to call property management for a small issue and it was extremely easy and dealt with promptly.

Great house

Great condo, close to town, slept lots of family. Carpet is pretty stained but that made us less paranoid about spills. Hot tub is very hard to open and close unless you have a skinny tall strong person with you. We would stay here again.

Birthday weekend

We had a wonderful time, the home is very clean and easy to find, we used the bikes and SHARC passes. The only thing that was disappointing was that living room fireplace didn’t work. But other then that we would stay here again.

Mostly loved it

I don’t recall reading that this was a townhouse. Luckily there was no one next door. I wish there was a little more outside space. The kitchen is lacking a few things. The whole house needs a deep cleaning. Check under the couch, beds, etc. or better yet, don’t. The pilot light wouldn’t stay lit on the downstairs fireplace. I definitely should be fixed. That said, the house is pretty great. The beds are comfy. The hot tub cover takes some careful teamwork to get it closed. I’d still stay here again though. Way more positives than negatives.

Lovely Northwest cabin style, private and quiet location

This is a very nice property, quiet and private. Very nice patio and kitchen, could use a few higher quality pots and pans for those of us who want to cook occasionally. Gas fireplace in the living room didn't work, one of the Sunriver employees tried to start it, but wasn't able to fix it. He did take the information to get an outside repairman in, so I expect it will be fixed. We loved the gas fireplace in the master bedroom. We had a lovely time at this property.

Good location

Great location with plenty of room for our small family. However from the listing, it was not clear that this was a multi-unit property. Outdoor space was nice for us, but may not be adequate for active children. While we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, some opportunities for improvement exist. Some repairs, especially the primary bedroom balcony screen are needed. Burnt out light bulb replacement, bike maintenance, and cleaning of blinds and outdoor space were all overlooked. Be sure to bring adequate household supplies, e.g. only two dishwasher soap pods were provided for a four night stay.

Family getaway in Sunriver

This property was an excellent choice for for a family getaway. The walk in closet served as a great bedroom for my 14 month old. The 3 bedrooms were very quiet, letting people sleep in after the baby woke up. The baby gate did not fit the stairs because of the baseboard. There is an old stroller at the property but you'll probably be more comfortable to bring your stroller from home. Note - there is an shockingly high Owner Fee with this property. I didn't notice until after I booked.

May Getaway

House is great. Lots upstairs space for all. Downstairs nice kitchen and dining area. Beautiful gas fireplace and built-ins. While we did not use the hot tub it is close in the sideyard and big enough for 4 easy. The only detraction was the parking as it is under the pine trees dropping pitch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks on the great job on house and nice getaway.

Deferred Maintenance and other issues

Arrival was complicated and somewhat dangerous on the icy driveway as the porch lighting was out! Driveway in and out needs some form of guidance as it is not a simple in and out! Interior living room fireplace pilot light was out so needed maintenance to light! Upstairs bunk bed also hazardous as if you wanted to come down to floor level you would definitely hit your head Dining room carpet (runner) needs replacement!

Lovely accommodations

Sunriver Resort is wonderful property for active families. Accommodations were clean, spacious, well-appointed. Location for access to resort biking/walking paths was perfect. Improvement to written communication regarding operation of tv/cable/network systems needed. Two of provided bikes not operable (flat tire, no brakes)

We loved the location and quietness of the house. The house had everything we needed. The carpet and floors were dirty and light bulbs were our. The dishwasher also needed repair and we had to clean the barbecue. The bikes needed tuning. We enjoyed the house though and had an enjoyable time.

The house was very nice and new. The neighborhood was pleasant yet no easy trail access. It had bikes, AC, hot tub, SHARC passes- all the amenities that we wanted. The overall experience was great but there were a few things lacking like basic kitchen supplies. Other ways to improve would be provide more games and activities.
