Looking for a cozy and charming Central Oregon retreat? Welcome to "Pine and Dandy," our newly remodeled corner condo, ready to host its first guests and help you create unforgettable memories! Located on the third floor (stairs only), this inviting space comfortably accommodates up to four guests, perfect for friends and family alike.

Relax in the living area with a comfy queen-sized Murphy bed and enjoy your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV with built-in streaming apps. Our unique sign-in key system takes care of logging you out of accounts automatically, so you can unwind without a second thought. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer combo, a four-burner range oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Just bring your favorite spices to enhance your meals!

The real gem, though, is the location. Perched just off Wall Street, you'll have Pioneer Park right outside your sliding glass door. Sip a cocktail on the private patio, grill up some goodies on the BBQ, or take a leisurely stroll along the Deschutes River Trail, which leads straight into the heart of downtown Bend in just 10-15 minutes.

Great condo.

As the other reviewer said, the outside of the building was a little “ dreary” but inside was very, very nice!!! The location is fantastic!! We had a problem with the TV remote which was addressed immediately. Also the bathroom door had a problem so when you closed the door you were locked in. I told the property manager about. Overall I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Great Area

The area was perfect. We walked to downtown everyday for breakfast/dinner and loved how close it was to the Deschutes River. The condo also appeared clean. My only complaint is that the building seemed a little old. When you walked in, you could smell a bit of an odor (probably because the condo isn't aired out very much/was in an older building) but the finishes were new which was nice. We kept the heat off because one, it was nice enough weather to not need it and two, I think it was contributing to the old/stuffy odor. There are two doors to get into the condo and one of the door locks seemed to be broken and wouldn't lock from the outside so we locked it from the inside and used the other door exclusively which worked out just fine. Also, one of the bathroom fans didn't work which also wasn't a big deal. Overall, we had a lovely stay, we just wanted to bring some awareness.

Wonderful Stay!!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay over the holidays - the condo is exactly as advertised in the pictures, and the location can't be beat - 10 mins walk to downtown Bend. Check-in/ out was a breeze. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen/ bathroom/ towel amenities provided were excellent. We stayed for 10 days and so the kitchen amenities were especially appreciated. This condo is WELL above average for short term rentals - excellent value, would stay again and would highly recommend.
