Executive Lodge Home

Denna Sunriver semesteruthyrning är varm och inbjudande stuga-stil atmosfär accent med tjocka timmar trappor, välvda lönn tak och lönn trägolv; ett underbart samlingsutrymme för bröllop, stora släktträffar eller familjesammanträden.

Stort 5 sovrum, 5 badrum, 4 Master Suites (bifogade badrum) & privat badtunna och 3 bilgarage sovplatser upp till 14-15. Varje rum är snyggt inredda för att ha ett unikt västerländskt eller annat tema. Varje rum har också en plattskärms-LED-TV och de flesta med DVD-spelare (3 Blue Rays) och vissa med VHS också.

Köket har polerade bänkskivor i granit, knutiga tallskåp och apparater i rostfritt stål. Detta fullt lastade kök är noggrant utformat för att tillgodose dina matlagnings- och underhållande behov. Två kylskåp, två torktumlare, mycket praktiskt för stora familjeåterföreningar!

Det stora stora rummet är designat för familjer att samlas. Den är fullt utrustad med en helt ny 50-tums 1080P plasma-TV på en svängbar väggfäste, en samling DVD-skivor, band, böcker, spel, pussel, Nintendo (i barnrummet vanligtvis) och Blue-Ray DVD-spelare med surroundljud. Ta med din iPod / MP3-spelare och anslut din musik. Det finns en 'mediainmatningsbox' för att enkelt ansluta din HDMI-enhet eller musikspelare. Det finns ett spelbord samt ett komplett matbord och en diskbänkplats för kök för sittplatser. Det finns ett torrt barområde som också är välutrustat.

Det bakre däcket har en privat badtunna, ett långt träbord med träbänkar och en grill. En perfekt plats att koppla av i den varma sommarsolen eller njuta av en utomhusmiddag på kvällen.

Home kommer med 12 SHARC-pass för pooler / tennis. SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Association rekreationscenter har inomhus (öppet året runt) och utomhus rekreationsbassänger, 15-personers utomhusbadtunna, utomhus lata floden, vattenrutschbanor, tot pool, sandlekområde, inomhus / utomhus kafé, picknickområden, lekplats, basketplan, boccia boll, slangkulle, evenemang / mötesrum och utomhus amfiteater.

Vårt hem ligger mellan cirklar 5 och 6. Floden är tvärs över gatan.

Outstanding Family Friendly Home

This home was perfect for four families with kids ranging from 7 to 15. Bedrooms were comfortable and there is ample common space to hang out. The kitchen was spacious and had everything needed to prepare numerous family meals. Kids loved tumbling long table. Having bikes and SHARC passes available with the home was very convenient. Kids and adults could easily bike to SHARC and Village. Owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would absolutely return.

Our family enjoyed the amenities of this home! The 4 bath and bedroom combos were ideal for our family. The bunk room was located on main floor with the main bathroom across the hall. The bikes and ping pong table were a plus. The main living area was spacious. The swim passes were perfect! We would stay here again!

Perfect for the whole gang!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything about the stay was seamless. The entire house including the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The kids were pleasantly surprised to find toys, books, and movies in the bunk room. We played lots of ping pong and took advantage of the bikes in the garage. The kids are already begging to come back!

New Year's Getaway

House was great! Would definitely rent again. It was clean and all as advertised. Perfect snow getaway after Christmas. The only thing I would note is that all of the bedrooms get very chilly, so if traveling with babies, keep in mind. Otherwise all was perfect. We loved all of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house was totally furnished and then some. There were plenty of kitchen applicances,spices, and other various items. Kids loved the bicycle for 2. We would rent this house again. We had a great time. Thank you very much.

Excellent home

We had a family reunion and this home was perfect. Four of the five bedrooms had it's own bathroom. The great room was large enough for everyone to visit with one another. The deck has a great picnic table. All of the on-line pictures of the home show how pretty it is. We loved staying here.

Super clean spacious house in Sunriver

I and my friends stayed at this house with our families for three nights. Five bedrooms, four of which had en-suite bathrooms, were a perfect match for our group. Spacious great room with an impressive surround sound system was a true entertainment hub for the group. Loved the themes of the bedrooms, great reflection of owners’ taste. Enjoyed the hot tub and water activities at SHARC using the 12 passes that came with the house. Owner was very responsive and caring. Nothing stood out as a negative, however, I would have preferred larger garbage/recycle bins. Would highly recommend this house and I would surely check availability here first when I visit Sunriver next time.

Wonderful home for family get-together!

This home was just what we wanted for our family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped, the great room was perfect for games and TV watching (lots of college football bowl games!) and to have bathrooms in each of the bedrooms was very convenient. The owner was quick to respond when we had a minor issue. We would return to this home!

Thanksgiving stay

Spent Thanksgiving weekend with our two kids and their families - ten of us total. The house worked great for us. It was well equipped and very comfortable. It is in a great location and we enjoyed many great walks in the area. The only complaint we had was that it was some housekeeping issues - dirty oven, somewhat dusty, counters and table a little sticky but the floors were clean and the sheets and towels were all nicely laundered. Over all it was great!

Room for wveryone

Our family of 11 stayed a week at this property. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. It could use a good deep cleaning. We loved the fire pit and swing. The boys enjoyed watching a football game on the outdoor TV. The garage was a fun place to play. We loved the basketball game. It’s a beautiful spacious home that brought our family together for a wonderful week I’m Suncadia.

Great home for a small family group

Very comfortable. Plenty of activity options at the house. Owners were very nice to communicate with prior to our arrival. Very helpful. Everything worked. Would stay again. Our family enjoyed everyone having plenty of space. Good access to main biking/walking path.
