Drake West Bungalow byggdes 1919 som ett av de ursprungliga bostäderna för timmerverksarbetarna som befolkade området under den tiden. This house was great. We were visiting Bend for a concert and needed to bring our two dogs with us. The house is well-appointed and has a fenced yard. It’s in easy walking distance—one mile or less—from many parks, the amphitheater, and downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable and had wonderful outdoor spaces. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Lots of great restaurants and food carts in walking distance. Easy check-in and checkout process.

Great location

The house is great for all kinds of activities and walking into Bend. Lots of space to spread out and a lovely patio. This is the second time we've stayed in the house. Unfortunately, this time the kitchen was not clean. Dishes had been put away dirty (soap still in the dishwasher holder so it had just not been run) , the shelves covered in a deep layer of dust and "rings" on the counter. The prior dog had clearly been up on the outdoor furniture as it was covered in dog fur.

Convenient cottage with great yard

This place is very conveniently located in an area with shops and restaurants. It is walkable to all the main attractions in the town of Bend. The yard is great for pets and relaxing outdoors. The furnishings are comfortable but nothing fancy. At the time of our visit the pull cords for the fans was broken and could not be turned off. The toilet handle is in need of some help too. Otherwise this place is perfect.

Loved it!

This was a great stay. We (couple) and our pup loved the house, backyard and location. Nice and easy walk to DT over the pedestrian bridge. Excellent restaurants and food trucks nearby. Look forward to returning soon!

Adorable Bungalow

Cute bungalow within walking distance to several great restaurants, and a lovely walk through Drake Park to Downtown Bend and more restaurants. It had everything you will need for 2 people. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with cookware. We will stay there again next time we are in Bend.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. The house is even better in person. It is well appointed and private. It is in a very charming neighborhood with tons of food and drink options just a block or two away. We really enjoyed walking along the river into town. I would definitely recommend!

Cozy home in Bend

We so enjoyed our stay at the West Side Bungalow in Bend. Check-in was super easy. Erin was incredibly responsive. The house is in a great neighborhood -- walkable to great food, groceries, coffee, parks, and 1 block from the river. The house had everything we needed, was well-appointed, bed was super comfy and the sheets were soft. My only recommendation would be to add a couple ottomans to the chairs in the main sitting room, so when you are reading you can put your feet up. That said, we'd love to come back and visit for longer! Bend is a beautiful town and this was a cozy home away from home.

Perfect spot for a couple

My partner and I and our dog loved our stay here. The place is very cute, great kitchen and backyard. Location is incredible, walked to get breakfast and dinner most days, hardly needed our car. For two people it was exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent Home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is very nice and accommodated us as a couple and our two pups. Backyard is a highlight with a covered gazebo on the patio, nice flush grass, fully fenced, jacuzzi. House is perfect for a couple, nice kitchen, living room, and nice king size bed. Quiet neighborhood but two blocks to food truck lot, restaurants, two great breweries Needed to call owner/manager once for a simple question, and she picked right up on a Sunday. We'll be back.

Perfect location! Super cute house with a great backyard to hang out. Comfy bed, great living room, well equipped kitchen. Hot tub and air conditioning were amazing! Awesome neighborhood close to the river and all restaurants. Dog parks galore! We will def be back! Thank you Erin!

Simply the best!

This bungalow was perfect for my husband and I, along with our two dogs. Cozy little place, awesome hot tub, good host, and it was in a great location. We were able to walk to just about everything! We will definitely be staying here again!

The Drake Bungalow

The house was amazing, just the right size for me and my small dog. We both loved the spacious back yard with tall safety fence and gazebo, did not use the hot tub but it did look inviting. I also appreciated the alley parking. The house is walking distance to everything and the neighborhood quiet and friendly. I went to Bend to visit my son who lives in Bend and works at Smith Rock leading climbs. I was able to get a personal tour of the park and it is a natural wonder. The house made it easy for us to visit each other and walk to many wonderful eateries like the food trucks and restaurants. Will seek out this property again in the future

Adorable home with an excellent location!

My husband and I and our 2 pets enjoyed our stay here! You will be hard-pressed to find a more walkable location! Super close to parks, (including Drake Park), downtown, a convenience store, the Lot (fabulous food carts, beer/cider/wine, & seats!), and a ton of great small businesses, pubs, & restaurants along Galveston. We enjoyed shopping at Sand Lily, eating at Dump City Dumplings, El Sancho, & the Victorian Cafe. We did plenty of walking around the beautiful neighborhood and took our dog to Harmon Park where she got to 'watch' the ducks and run around. If visiting during the winter, be sure to bring appropriate footwear as the walkway from the parking in the alley to the backdoor (which we used frequently) was very icy. Loved the spacious yard, though, for our pup! Erin was easily reachable by phone when we needed her. We would absolutely recommend this spot to visiting friends or family and all wishing to explore the Bend area.
