    The Space:

    Located on a wooded lot, just a couple miles from all the fun and excitement of the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center, this warm and inviting home invites you to the foothills of the Cascade Mountains!



    This four-bedroom, family-friendly retreat boasts vaulted, exposed beam ceilings, sunlit open spaces, and high-end amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and then meet up for meals at the dining table with seating for eight, or head out back, fire up the gas grill, and dine alfresco on the patio with partial views of Mt. Bachelor. Back inside, wrap up your days gathered in the sunken living area where you can switch on the gas fireplace, settle into the leather sofa, and stream your favorite channels. Guests of the main bedroom will be treated to a cozy gas fireplace all their own.



    Additional features and amenities at this home include a private outdoor hot tub, a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and five adult bicycles.

Wonderful home for a weekend getaway

A nice place to enjoy a family vavation

Our family had a wonderful time at Sunriver. The pool was beautiful and refreshing during the sunny hot days. And the local attractions were so interesting especially Lava Land and the Lava Cave. And most importantly our vacation house was perfect. Lots of room and nicely furnished. We would highly recommend our stay here.

Beautiful, clean home

We loved our weekend stay at Luxury on Lassen. We have stayed in many Sunriver rental houses over the years, and can honestly say that this was one of the cleanest that we’ve ever stayed at. It’s beautiful, cozy, practical and well decorated. Also, we’ll stocked with kitchen supplies and has lots of kid friendly features. Would highly recommend!

Great Home for Family Time

This is a lovely home with lots of space, clean modern furnishings and lots of extras. Our kids and grandkids joined us on this trip and we all felt comfortable in this house. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax after playing in the snow. Would definitely return!

Comfortable Luxury!

While this home offers luxury in every way, it is also extremely comfortable and practical! We were very impressed with the floor design and were delighted to have some lovely weather so we could enjoy time outdoors on their patio area. The setting is so peaceful at the end of a cul de sac (so no traffic) and a short distance to a bike/walking path (so no flow of people passing by). We definitely recommend this home to others!!

Family Vacation

Beautiful house, well stocked, nicely furnished, lots of space. Kitchen drawers were actually clean & organized. We love the little touches like nightstands & lamps in all the rooms. Seems small, but makes it feel very homey. Very clean with the exception of the floors and some cobwebs in the high ceilings. That being said, I've yet to see a Sunriver house with clean floors. I'd love to a cleaning service actually mop. Will still look to stay here again.

Very nice home!

We enjoyed this house very much! One issue: with the outside temps near and over 90 degrees over multiple days, the master bedroom is too hot. VACASA provided a fan when we called them, and that helped a little when we put it by the A/C register. It’s a beautiful large room with a west facing window and sliding glass door and one A/C register. Needs more. Black out curtains are there, and that helped a little too. Still too hot though. We will enjoy this house in the future if they are able to address this issue. Really super service from VACASA in general.
