Enjoy your next Bend vacation in this beautiful mountain contemporary home. Ample outdoor living space with a covered second story deck and outdoor firepit and hot tub on the lower level patio. The reverse living floor plan and high ceilings create abundant natural light on the second story where the open floor plan includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room in addition to the half bath. Each of the five bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms and the fifth bedroom is a separate ADU/loft above garage complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, and deck.

With mountain biking trails leading to the popular Phil's trail right across the street, discounted rates for golfing at Tetherow's golf course, and a short drive to the Cascade Lakes or Mount Bachelor, this home is the perfect adventure base. In addition the two car detached garage provides ample space for you to store all your gear during your stay. The garage also includes a mini ping pong table, cornhole set and bike rack.

This home is located at Tetherow Resort 10 minutes to downtown Bend, 20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor, 35 minutes to the Cascade Lakes, and right at the edge of the Deschutes National Forest.

Wonderful place to stay

The best thing about this VRBO, aside from the house and all it had to offer, was the resort property. The pool, the restaurant offerings, and the scenery. There was a cafe, within walking distance where we could grab snacks, and this was perfect for our first day. It was amazing place and we wished we could stay longer. Great place!

Great location, but poor communication and lack of supplies.

We meet our kids and grandkids at the VRBO in Bend, there were 12 of us and two infants. Because this week in Bend was part of a larger RV and trailer trip for two of our kids, we asked months beforehand if they could park their trailer and RV at the VRBO house. The property manager told us there was plenty of parking at the house. Additionally, one of our kids called and they were told the same about parking. After two nights, we were told the RV and trailer were not allowed according to their HOA rules. We had to move them to an employee parking lot. There were 14 of us on the reservation but the house only had 8 sets of utensils, plates and bowls. We pilfered cooking supplies and paper goods from the RV and trailer. The house was great, and the location was great.

Lovely home and so close to everything

We had a wonderful week at tetherow. The pool are was magnificent . The trails were lovely the hone was very spacious and clean. We utilized the gym which was amazing and loved the fitness classes that were offered. Tetherow is new construction so the homes are very nice! The location cannot be beat so close by to anything you will want to do.

Great family spot

This place is set up really nicely for a family or friends get-together—four hotel-like bedrooms on the first floor, another one in the ADU, and then a great spot to gather on the second floor. This floor plan really worked well. The bedrooms were quiet and cooler by being on the first floor. Highly recommended.
