From the luxury features such as the private sauna, cold plunge, and workout space, to the custom modern finishes in the home and professional design, you won’t be short on top-notch accommodations.

This property is comprised of a 3-bedroom main home AND a lock-off studio apartment with private exterior entrance. Guests may choose to rent the entire property or either unit separately. This home sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children.

Upon entering, you’ll notice exquisite craftsmanship with natural stone and wood accents throughout, high-end features in the kitchens and bathrooms, and an extraordinary amount of natural light pouring into the strategically placed windows that maintain privacy despite its urban setting. This vacation home comes fully stocked with all the essentials: soaps, bed and bath linens, all kitchenware & appliances small and large, basic spices, coffee, board games and puzzles, and baby gear (as requested). We also provide a complimentary s'more station spread to kick off your stay!

1st floor: Foyer with access to garage/wellness center, studio apartment, and stairs up to the main living area.
Studio: The studio apartment can be accessed from within the foyer if rented with the main home and function as a 4th bedroom. If the studio is booked separately, it will be locked off from all guests and only the exterior entrance may be used.

- Bedroom 3: Adult bunk bed with 2 queen beds that can hold up to 2,000lbs on each level, office nook, and closet

Good to Know:
- Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
- Up to 2 well behaved small dogs allowed with pet fee; exceptions may be made for medium-large dogs if they are calm, please inquire with management.
- Bend is growing! Especially in the Old Mill Area, so please be aware that there is development in the area.
