The Space:

Welcome to Unit 230/231 "Altitude Adjustment", a stunningly remodeled condominium sitting on the top floor of our beautiful property here in Bend, Oregon! It's perfect for taking in the gorgeous views of the city and Cascades with your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. This unit recently got a fresh new look stepping into 2026, and is the perfect, peaceful landing place for all kinds of families!



It comfortably sleeps four across two separate spaces, featuring a brand new king mattress in the private bedroom (installed during the January 2026 remodel) and a queen bed in the living area giving everyone their own cozy place to unwind. The unit also includes two full bathrooms and two brand new Samsung Smart TVs, where you can easily log into your own Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming apps for a personalized viewing experience. All of this is paired with beautiful views overlooking the Deschutes River, making it just as relaxing inside as it is outside!



Although it's hard to pick one, the fully remodeled kitchen in this home is truly the star! It’s been stocked with everything you might need, whether you’re putting together a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking a full dinner after a day of exploring Bend. These owners even took the time to add kid-friendly dishes and utensils, making mealtime a little easier for families traveling with little ones!



This condo is the perfect space for families on an adventure! Within 10 minutes of walking upstream along the river, you can fully embrace all the breweries, delicious restaurants, and fun shopping that downtown Bend has to offer. If you're wanting to get out into the wilderness, be it skiing, biking, hiking or rafting, this unit is only 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor or 15 to Phil's Trail, where mountain bikers from around the world come to play on the intricate trail system.



Reservations in this unit include access to our shared onsite laundry facilities, and access to the indoor heated pool and hot tub (open (9AM-10PM everyday)! By the time you leave, we are sure you will have felt the love and thoughtfulness the owners put into your home away from home!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
