Skyline Lodge, underbar miljö, promenad till centrum!

Från detta vackra läge i hemstil, gå på några minuter ner Galveston Avenue Corridor till downtown Bend. Detta spektakulära hem ligger på en tunnland privat mark vid basen av Overturf Butte. Hela partiet är täckt av vackert välskött gräs med äpple, lod, persika och tillgång till en underbar grönsaksträdgård på sommaren. Bakgården är inhägnad med en eldstad, enorm badtunna och uteplats för solig morgonfrukost och eftermiddagsgrill.

Hemmet har 6 sovrum, 4 badrum, privat badtunna utomhus, badkar, gasspis och dubbla uppvärmnings- och luftkonditioneringsenheter. Med 4 king size-sängar och 3 queen size-sängar kan hemmet sova upp till 14 bekvämt. Det gourmet, lantliga köket är öppet till vardagsrummet med en frukostkrog och en liten ätbar. Du kommer inte att titta två gånger för att hitta det du behöver eftersom köket är utrustat med alla redskap du kan föreställa dig. Jag har drivit mitt andra fritidshus Riverfront Lodge här i Bend i 5 år nu och jag vet hur viktigt det är att ha ett kvällsmat rent och välfylldt hus för mina gäster att njuta av.

Du kan ta dig på din cykel eller en av de 5 mountainbikes som jag levererar i huset och gå upp på cykelvägen som börjar vid huset till Phil's trail head bara några minuter bort eller gå rätt ner Galveston Ave. till din favoritrestaurang eller pub eller fortsätt genom Drake Park längs floden Deschutes till ikoniska downtown Bend. Du kan njuta av en trevlig vandring direkt från huset längs parkerna och Rec. spår som leder dig upp över Overturf Butte som börjar precis intill fastigheten.

Det finns en 55-tums HD-TV med blå-ray-spelare i vardagsrummet nedervåningen och en 50-tums HD-TV med blå-ray-spelare i rummet på övervåningen. Det finns en stor bekväm sektionssoffa i rec-rummet och många mysiga soffor och stolar i vardagsrummet tillsammans med ett stort antikt matbord och stolar. Det finns parkering för upp till 6 fordon, 3 i garaget och 3 i uppfarten.

Jag kunde fortsätta och fortsätta, men platsen talar för sig själv. Vänligen bara ta hand om det, njut av din vistelse och gratis greener från trädgården och kom tillbaka för att besöka oss igen !!!

The house is much bigger, more open, and more spacious than the pictures suggest!Owner super responsive. Nice big yard.A bit of a way but still walkable to downtown if you want to avoid driving.Very nice.

This house worked perfect for our management retreat of 8 people. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and room/bathroom space for everyone. Kitchen was very well stocked for meals in. Backyard was amazing for yard games and hanging out (they had corn hole). Ping pong in the garage, lots of outdoor seating and hot tub proved to be great hang out activities. The location in the Sklyine neighborhood on Bend’s west side was safe, has great walking/running trails, is close to many wonderful eateries and is a wonderful jumping off point for/close to all of the popular tourist activities. Though this house could benefit from a refresh it was clean and perfect for our crew. Communication from owner was great. I would highly recommend this home for large groups.

Perfect home for a big group!

Perfect house for our group of 5 moms and five teens in town for a lacrosse tournament! House is exactly as described in the listing. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Super clean. Great communication with the owner.

Great spot!

The yard was incredible - so huge and well maintained! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed. Plenty of room for our large friend group to have a girls weekend away! The trails in the neighborhood were so nice for morning walks.

Very comfortable, good location, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, outdoor area well attended .

Family reunion and This home was the right choice for our family reunion. The only main level bathroom had a tub and shower that was NOT accessible for anyone with mobility issues at all (no grab bars, or any features that would assure safety standing in, or getting in and out of the tub).

Golf Trip

I traveled to Bend with a few college friends for a golf trip. This property is the perfect setting with 7 bedrooms and one rec room with additional beds. We all had our own space which was great. Plus, hot tub, grill and ping pong table gave us plenty of enjoyment. Only downside is the walk to restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes and up hill going back. If walking to town is a priority- you might pick something closer. Otherwise, this was the perfect location for a trip with friends to Bend. I’ll stay there again in the future. Thanks Doug!

Beautiful home and plenty of space

Primo for big group

Loved our stay here. Very well suited for a big group with lots of bedrooms and great open area with well stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and plenty of dining space. Hot tub and ping pong table are fun for entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We had a group of all adults for the weekend. it's always hard when you have adults because typically some rooms are designed for children but these rooms were perfect. Every room is a good size and there's plenty of bathrooms and just so much space. The main Gathering area is open concept. The women enjoyed waking early and snuggling on the couches with coffee. The hot tub is good size. The yard is so well maintained. The location was close to everything. If I had to say one thing not positive, the only thing is we were not left any sponge to wash dishes, but honestly, it wasnt even that big of a deal. This house was everything I hoped it would be and I would definitely book it again!

Great for our large group

We really enjoyed our time in Bend and our stay at this property. It was plenty big for our group of 11. It is adjacent to a couple of trails that we used for biking and running. The back yard is very big and we enjoyed time out there. We had one little thing we needed help with the host was very responsive and quick to help.

Wonderful property located in close proximity to downtown and walking trails. The house is spacious and clean. The host is very responsive to questions and even allowed us to check in early. Several of my family readily agreed to make this an annual event.

Incredible location in spacious VRBO

Fantastic long weekend walking distance from great breweries in Bend. Tons of bedrooms made it easy for a large group of friends to get together and each have our own space, while the large property and common room gave us the ability to spend time together and play yard games.
