Pick up pet refuse, $50 minimum fee will be charged if pet refuse is left for us to pick up
Never leave your dog unattended inside or outside the home, either crate or take Fido with you!  Bend loves dogs, we have provided a leash for your use

The lower level king main suite, includes high end quality linens with a plush king mattress, 40" smart TV w Netflix and cable, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with dual sinks and shower. The peaceful suite has private access to the wrap around patio.

Upper level with a king guest room and a queen guest room with two queen beds is located upstairs and include high end quality linens with comfortable mattresses. Jack and Jill full bathroom with shower and tub is situated between the two guest rooms.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with five burner gas range, all stainless steel appliances, seating for 6 at the dining table and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

Spacious living room with expansive windows and plenty of sunshine has comfortable large sectional sofa with a fireplace and new 40" smart TV w Netflix and cable, a work space with desk, chair and lamp and board games.

The lower level arcade room includes Pop-A-Shot, Skee Ball, magnetic dart board, four bean bag chairs and flat screen smart TV with Netflix, strobe light, and space heater, perfect for the kids!

Powder bath, washer and dryer are on the main level and a second work space with desk, chair and lamp in the queen room, located on the upper level with TDS's free dedicated WiFi to support an independant work lifestyle is provided for those that are able to work remotely.

The oversized one car garage has room for one car, all of your snow gear and a bike rack for two bikes for your use.  The longer driveway can fit three standard sized cars with overflow parking at the community pool, directly across from the home.  Beautiful, large wrap around deck has plenty of seating with a table, two louge chairs and barbecue with natural gas for your use.  This home was painted with new carpet in January, 2023.
