The Space:

Welcome to a comfortable and light-filled home in North Bendigo, perfectly positioned for exploring everything Bendigo has to offer. Whether you're visiting for work, a weekend away or a longer stay, this home has everything you need to settle in and feel at home.



The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, with plenty of natural light, a comfortable lounge and a large TV - ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen is well set up for preparing meals - with everything you need to get started. This includes a large fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, air-fryer, pod coffee machine and more.



There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and ample storage options, making the home a great option for couples, friends or colleagues travelling together. The main bedroom also has its own TV for those who enjoy a quiet night in. The home features a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay productive if you're working remotely. The light-filled back room is another lovely space to enjoy during your stay, with plenty of natural light throughout the day.



The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and vanity, while a separate toilet in the laundry space with washing machine and its own vanity adds an extra level of convenience. For year-round comfort, the home has ducted heating, a split-system air conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans throughout.

We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee.

- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.

- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around Bendigo, with straightforward access to the city centre and surrounding areas. Public transport options are also available nearby, along with local taxi and rideshare services.



Other Things to Note:

The heating/cooling does not extend to the sunroom, dining, laundry and office area.
