“The property is emaculate a true dream and beautifully kept. The history of the house is clear and Simonetta gives you a history and full tour of the property upon arrival. If you've seen the pictures they don't do justice to the property. Only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Positiv: Fantastische Lage!!! Wunderschönes Haus!!! Wunderschöne Aussicht!!! Grosser toller Pool!!! Schöner Garten. Sehr ruhig. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung ( Umkreis von ca. 30 KM) Giovanni ist ein sehr sehr netter Mensch, er sorgt super für Pool und Aussenanlage und verwöhnt einem mit Trauben und Haselnüssen. “Very clean, large, and well equipped house about an hour south of Turin. Ample shopping and restaurants selections nearby. Kids loved the pool and the fully fenced yard was perfect for our German Shepherd.”

“We had five wonderful days in Villa Anna. The house, garden and pool area were all very nice, and suited us perfectly. Giulio gave us a great welcome, showing us around the property! The location is perfect, only ten minutes walk into the center of Alba with its restaurants. We will likely come back to Villa Anna again in the future!”

“La Villa Younesco est très bien située pour qui veut découvrir le Piémont, tout en offrant un havre de calme après une grosse journée. Un très bel emplacement qui offre une vue photogénique sur les collines environnantes, plusieurs restaurants de qualité à quelques minutes à pied, et le propriétaire qui s'assure que tout se passe bien tout en restant discret. “This is a very cool house but the photos and the reality are not one and the same. I was shocked at how rustic the kitchen was. The only pic of the kitchen is the fabulous gas range, but there is a reason they don't show you the rest. It is tiny, with not much storage or countertop space. the marble sink is old and very small. It was a struggle cooking in there. “On ne pourrait pas se sentir plus en Italie que dans la maison de Massimo. On est dans du traditionnel, le charme désuet. Une vue a couper le souffle. D'abord sur les vignes puis au loin les Alpes et le Monviso. Le calme est absolu. Pour les soirs les plus frais, la cheminée est top. Particulièrement adaptée pour des séjours en famille ou entre bons amis, deux des chambres étant en enfilade.”

Charmigt litet hotell med bäste servicen
"Mycket charmigt litet hotell precis i utkanten av Monforte. Fantastiskt trevlig personal som gav oss ett varmt välkomnande vid ankomsten, regnet till trots. Bästa frukosten på hela resan fick vi här, och då var det bra även på våra övriga stoppen. Stadskärnan börjar bara på andra sidan vägen, så det är inga avstånd att tala om. Dock kan backarna vara utmanande precis som det ofta är i byarna i Piemonte. Möjligen lite kompakta rum men i gengäld så var de väldigt fint inredda och trevliga i övrigt. Vi hade därtill en stor terrass med fantastisk vy över staden och vinfälten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera ett stopp på detta supermysiga boutique hotell där man verkligen blir uppskattad och omhändertagen som gäst. 5 stjärnig personal!"
