“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

“From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. We had a group of 18 and had lots of space. Villa is beautiful with modern bathrooms and a nicely decorated interior. All the bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned. “We were a group of 6 persons from Sweden going for a holiday week end of May 2017. The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. Especially we enjoyed the very nice pool and garden area which also had a barbecue/paella kitchen facility. The house was very nice and clean and we got clean sheets and towels on...

“Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.”

“Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und einfach.Durch die sehr netten Gastgeber war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten 1/2 Anliegen und es wurde sofort erledigt.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, eine tolle Aussicht und Geschäfte zum einkaufen direkt zu erreichen.Nach Valencia benötigt man ca. 45 MinutenWenn ich das nächste mal wieder dorthin fahre, würde ich mich definitiv erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.Danke an Mel & Dave!Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber”
