The entire space is heated via underfloor heating, and the living room and one double bedroom are air-conditioned. Right next to the house is a large children's playground with one goal and a playhouse with swings, seesaws, and a slide, making this property particularly suitable for families with children. Guests have access to a swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also a hydromassage function built into the pool steps. A spacious terrace with outdoor seating is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
