“This upstairs unit in a quadruplex is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very suitable for what we needed - a comfortable plash to crash after a long day at a convention. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly. There are only 2 minor drawbacks - the parking is weird and the fact that is a very well lit area. If you aren't used to sleeping with light coming in the window at all hours, then you may need a sleep mask. ”

The driveway is extremely steep with step running between the concrete so you can park on the street and walk up if you don't want to risk damage to your car. The yards surrounding the vrbo are overgrown and not maintained so you'll feel like you're in a poor part of town. The unit itself in downstairs from another rental on top.
