“We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.”

“Close to U of A campus, this retreat was the perfect headquarters for our college apartment search. Its peaceful location, was restful. The host is quick to respond and very courteous. PS Be sure to pack coffee if you want to make your own. ”
