“This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...

“Clean and very comfortable property. We had a wide range in outdoor temps during our visit from 80s to 30s. Never touched the thermostat as it stayed pretty much at 74 the whole time. It might have dropped to 73 inside on the coldest night. Never needed heat. The location is very conveniently located for walking everywhere you’d want to go. Only issue is the coded front door lock can be tricky to get open. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making our trip to Bentonville a great...
